How to disable Last Access Time Stamps in Windows

Create the following registry key :
Key Name: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\FileSystem
Name: NtfsDisableLastAccessUpdate
Type: REG_DWORD
Value: 1
